MADE Financially is a community initiative founded and operated by Deborah Brown Majekodunmi and Majekodunmi Abayomi, based in Berlin, Germany.

What Data We Collect
We collect personal data only when you voluntarily provide it by submitting our interest registration form. This includes:
- First and last name
- Email address
- City of residence in Germany
- Topic interests (selected from a predefined list)
We do not collect any sensitive personal data such as financial details, health information, or government identification numbers.
Why We Collect It
Your data is collected solely for the following purposes:
- To notify you about upcoming MADE Financially events in your city
- To send relevant community updates and information
- To understand the topics that matter most to our community
The legal basis for processing your data is your explicit consent, given at the point of form submission (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).
How We Store Your Data
Your form responses are stored in Google Forms and the associated Google Sheets spreadsheet, operated by Google LLC. Google acts as our data processor under a Data Processing Agreement in compliance with GDPR.
Google's data processing and privacy practices are governed by Google's Privacy Policy, available at policies.google.com/privacy.
We retain your data for as long as necessary to notify you about relevant events, or until you request deletion. We do not store data beyond the purpose for which it was collected.
Who Has Access to Your Data
Your personal data is accessible only to the co-founders of MADE Financially. We do not sell, rent, share or transfer your data to any third parties for marketing or commercial purposes.
The only third-party platform involved in data processing is Google (via Google Forms and Google Sheets), as described above.
Your Rights Under GDPR
As a data subject under the GDPR, you have the following rights:
- Right of access — you may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Right to rectification — you may request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
